Real Estate NQF qualifications
The Real Estate NQF 4 and 5 Qualifications are available to all, but they are also PPRA requirements for any agent wishing to practice either as a Full Status or a Principal agent respectively. Skills Development & BEE
Our NQF 4 & 5 Real Estate learnerships are BEE scorecard enhancing. Skills Development is one of the easiest priority elements to comply with on the BEE scorecard. It measures the extent to which companies carry out initiatives designed to develop the competencies and education of black people internally and externally.
Tax Deductible Learnerships
Enrolling employees in BrainTrust’s NQF 4 or 5 Real Estate learnerships enables your company to claim a large, additional tax deduction under Section 12H of the Income Tax Act. The tax deduction is an incentive for employers to upskill their staff on accredited qualifications, for the betterment of our nation.
